A good way to price is to start with a basic per room price and adding on a small additional amount for bathroom or other more time consuming areas. Pricing can also vary depending on if you are in a city or rural.

Now that you have all of your supplies the last step in starting a janitorial service is to get out there and find some customers. Start with people you know already as it is much easier to get their business due to already having their trust. Several good places to start is with people you know from church or other organizations you happen to be a part of. Once you get your first customers just be patient while your reputation grows.
