Empire Capitol International was founded by our President/CEO Joe Terceira in the year 2000. Mr. Terceira spent many years working as a cleaner for other cleaning & janitorial companies, and eventually decided he wanted to open his own cleaning services company.

Mr. Terceira has a very diverse background. He has gained experience in many different sectors of the economic business world over the last 10 years. He studied for 2 years in personal & business finance, and helped the average consumer learn how to invest in proper long term investments that could bring a family stability for there future.

He also became a certified life insurance agent, teaching people the difference of universal insurance policies, and whole life insurance policies. Mr. Terceira also spent time in the import/export business, loan broker business, construction business, and as an independent representative for many Network Marketing companies.

It was through all these business ventures that Mr. Terceira learned the ins & outs of how to operate a successful business, and used his expertise and business knowledge to open a cleaning services company. Mr. Terceira believes in treating everyone with respect, and continuously goes out of his way to help someone in need. He built this company on the foundation of being an equal opportunity employer, and encourages the hiring and training of anyone who is serious about learning the cleaning & janitorial business.

An accomplished musician over the last 16 years, Mr. Terceira also owns a record company producing music of all genres for artists all over the globe. Music is his passion and he continues to write and produce music at the present time.
